I started from painting all chipboards with gesso and then I was busy with hand stitching and fussy cutting Bo Bunny papers.

Black roses and Garden roses

It's not easy to pick favorites collections by Bo Bunny. Several  times a year they have new collections and I like to mix them up.

Sometimes I save even small parts of papers while creating layouts because you don;t need much when making cards.

On my first card I used new Floral stamps...well, a lot :)

For my background I used stencils with gesso and spray in blue. Was nice to play with Washi tape again.

My second card with papers from Garden Journal collection .

This time I used stencils, Pearlescents, jewels and element from Noteworthy.

Be You, OTP project for Bo Bunny with mini tutorial

Today on Bo Bunny blog I have a pleasure to present my new OTP project with Garden Journal collection.

Here you can see several step by step photos about it.

I started with new Border stencils and gesso.

Next I added stamped papers from GJ collection.

Time for Washi tape.

Adding more elements from Noteworthy and chipboards.

I like making dots with different colors of Pearlescents.

I think I use more "Thank you" cards then Birthday cards.

I like to have couple always ready when I need it.

This one was created using Bo Bunny papers from a very sweet line Sweet Life and with set of chipboards by Imaginarium Designs.

CAPITAL LETTERS

Easy instruction for this look?

1. Paint with gesso

2. Paint with acrylic paint

3. Use embossing powder in yellow

4. Touch up with yellow glitter.

It's 17th again so you can see my new project for 

Imaginarium Designs.

I still had plenty of these stunning papers by Bo Bunny so first I had fun with gesso, stencils and some cutting , while I was busy with it my chiboard was already drying after being painted with gesso twice.

Painting with glitter in hot pink gave my title really cool look

The bike, well, it's still looks cool without any work from my side :)

Destination Wedding? with Canvas Corp Brands

Every now and again our DT Coordinator  at Canvas Corp Brands gives us some challenges . This month I liked the one about creating DIY Wedding invitations.

The trick was not something we would create just 2 or 3 but 50 or maybe even more then 100...

So I had an idea... 

I made these cards as an invitations or thank you cards.

Maybe "save a day" ?

First you starts from putting next to each other several cards and using gesso and stencil create a design on your cards.

Let it dry.

Then used Tattered Angels  mist in blue  over these cards.

Later when everything is dry you can add a mini shell and piece of burlap by Canvas Home Basics

All materials - cards, mists and burlap can be found at Canvas Corp shop.

Tattered Tangles papers are really hot these days but some of you may be shy to use them yet. My simple card was created with TA papers and mists to show you can have fun using these papers without spending lots of time while doodling.

If you want to give your card more "cute" then "artsy" look just make some attempts after having fun with mists and  creating your 3 steps card.
