The Secret... another LO for Scraps of Elegance

Hi!
I am working with new papers from Scraps of Elegance /yummy!!!!/ but for today I have LO made with " Yestardays".
I like to develop fav photos in sepia and black and white and I used the sepia version for my last LO this month.

Sama pracuje już z czerwcowymi papierami z Scraps of Elegance /są cudowne i możecie je zamówić również w Polsce!/ ale dzis pokaże Wam jeszcze ostatnie majowe LO.
Lubię wywoływać ulubione zdjęcia także w wersji sepia i czarno-białej i właśnie jedno z takich użyłam do LO The Secret..

All papers and flowers from Scraps of Elegance, stamps from Magenta and chipboard from Scrapiniec.
I aslo created one of my flowers using "napkin" for Scrap for Help challenge.

In couple of days all DT from  Scraps of Elegance will show you new work with a new kit but I still have so much papers from beautiful "Yestardays" kit I keep playing with it.
I like to find Prima papers in our kit:).
 

 New chipboards are also great!

I like to stamp and add elements from older collections too.

SUMMER lo with Scraps of Elegance and Prima

Hi!
I have another LO made with Scraps of Elegance "Yestardays" kit.
This month we have so much Prima products there!
I made this page using mostly Prima products.

I like soft flowers from Prima! As a Prima collector :) I have many older papers and like to add some elements from it.

My birdcage was painted with gesso, then brown acrylic paint and decorated with brown lace and Prima  fairy.

Prima mask and more Prima flowers.

More fussy cutting, stitching and lovely butterfly from Renea /you can get them almost every month from SOE:)/.

Couple of days ago I had my first LO make with Scraps of Elegance's May kit "Yestardays", today I have a new project called I JUST WANT TO FEEL THIS MOMENT.

Witam, kilka dni temu pokazywałam Wam mój pierwszy project z majowym kitem Scraps of Elegance, dziś mam już kolejny, I JUST WANT TO FEEL THIS MOMENT /Moment from BITW!

 

I love those beautiful chipboards  from new kit, I will use them on next projects too!
I still have so much papers from Prima /anybody saw BAP this month?/ and last couple days I was busy stitching:)

Scraps of Elegance , a new Challenge and new projects!

Looks like May is a very busy month ,  a new day, new projects  and a new ...Challenge!

I will start from the challenge!
As you know Scraps of Elegance kits are full of papers, flowers, chipboards and more lovely items.
I challenge you to use products from at lease two different Scraps of Elegance kits.
I made my project before I 've got my May kit so you can find elements from February-April kits.
I know you must to have some not used items every month, let's use it!

 

 

100 dresses and a new Berry 71 Bleu challenge!

 Hi!
In the last two days I invited you to play in two challenges , on the 1st at SATW and on the 2nd  at Inkido and today...
I have a pleasure to host a new challenge at Berry 71 Bleu this month.
It's a very special one since we also collaborate with OUAS challenge!
First you have to use OUAS sketch and rules about journaling, all our Design Team did it too and you will see our work during the month.
 Second, you have to incorporate work with chipboards on your projects.
You can use any chipboards you have but out Design Team was lucky to work with beautiful chipboards from Scrap FX. 
Thank you again Jill for this oportunity!

 This is a little step by step;

  I was on Scrap FX DT for 12 months but I have to admit I still like to work with those chipboards. For my Berry 71 Bleu project I  wanted to work with the clock and dress form.

 

First I painted 2 chipboards with gesso and then with structural paste.

 To match my clock with papers I painted it with dark pink and black acrylic paint. Dress form was painted only with black paint in gloss.

Birds, feathers and birdscages, Inkido challenge for you!

In May we have a new challenge at Inkido, I hope you will join in?

I made a page with all 3 since I like to use them all on my projects and I had not only great papers and flowers from Inkido but aslo cute chipboards from Wycinanka.

I used older paper collections from Inkido and also beautiful Inkido flowers.
Użyłam starszych kolekcji papierów Inkido oraz pięknych kwiatów.

Maski, gesso, stemple i mgielki pomogły mi wzbogacić tło.
Jeśli podobają się Wam produkty Inkido  przypominam iż w lipcu będę prowadzić warsztaty z użyciem papierów, stempli i kwiatów Inkido.

May 2013 Challenge 1

Each month we will present you with a moodboard & a sketch, together with a mood board/sketch combo image for you to save to your computer & upload to your blog when taking part in our challenges.  

This month we have Agnieszka Bellaidea  /it's me:)/to thank for this gorgeous mood board!

She is our challenge host this month & will be monitoring the comments on this post
 & answering any questions you may have (also directly in the comments).

All you need to do is be inspired by the mood board (in ANY way) & use our sketch as your starting point.  

How to use our sketches

As you would any other sketch.  We would like to see that it definitely inspired you & was your 'starting point' but you can 'make it your own' by flipping it, turning it, inverting it & moving things about if you like.  You can also change the photo orientation and number of photos to be as few or as many as you like.

How to use our mood boards

Our mood boards are for your INSPIRATION only.  You can be inspired by one of the images, all of the images, or any number of them, or even parts thereof.

For example, on this board you may be inspired by the colours (either all of them or just one, two or more) but you do not have to use any colours on the board if you don't want to.

Other examples of inspiration from this board, that you could use on your layouts are :-

Beads, circles, fringing, cracks, texture, leather, chandeliers, turquoise, rust (colour or rusty elements) ie brass/metal.  Feathers, fluff, fibres, ombre effects, flowers, bows, lace, flowersoft & filigree work (fine cut embellishments such as laser chipboard with detailed designs).

It's entirely up to you!  Be Inspired in any way!!
